Account and Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your Seneca account and associated data.

To request deletion, open the Seneca app and go to Settings → Delete My Account. Follow the instructions and select Request Account Deletion.

After verification, we will delete your account and associated clients, appointments, reminders and other personal data, subject to any records we must retain for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
